In our circle it seems that the majority of our friends and family have summer birthdays, which means that come April birthday party season is in full swing. Whether it’s for a party we’re hosting (for the boys) or a party that we get invited to – cupcakes are always my go-to recipe. They are easy to make (for the most part) and travel well when it’s a party that we’re going to at someone else’s house. These Bubblegum Cupcakes are always a crowd pleaser and I make them as often as possible. This recipe makes 14 cupcakes and takes 50 minutes start to finish, so you can whip them up in a jiffy.
